Physical Therapist

Nick joined the Manning Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine team in October of 2021 as a Staff Physical Therapist. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology from The Pennsylvania State University in 2013 and later received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Wheeling University in West Virginia where he graduated as class valedictorian in 2016.

Nick spent the first 5 years of his career living and working in the Washington DC metropolitan area where he started his career with Pivot Physical Therapy at The University of Maryland in College Park, MD. In October 2019, he transitioned to Clinic Director where he managed the day-to-day operations until he moved back to his hometown of Pittsburgh in 2021. Additionally, Nick served as liaison to the University of Maryland Department of Orthopedics from 2020-2021 facilitating education opportunities for both Pivot clinical staff and UMD orthopedic surgeons.

Nick has a passion for the treatment of all Orthopedic conditions and became a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist (OCS) in March 2020. Additionally, he has a special interest in the treatment of sport and fitness athletes and became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) in March 2019.

Nick is from Pittsburgh and is a graduate of Mt. Lebanon High School. He lives in Market Square, downtown with his fiancé, Amanda, and their dog, Bruce. In his free time, Nick enjoys golfing, weightlifting, and spending time at Deep Creek Lake.
